Client confidence
Clients should always know who is handling the shipment, what has been paid for, what is still pending, and how to verify movement. Apex turns that into a visible record instead of loose messages.
Every movement starts with a structured shipment record, recipient details, service type, carrier notes, package or pet information, and a tracking reference.
Registered customers can use their dashboard, while unregistered recipients can still track using the shipment number or carrier reference.
Invoices, receipts, refundable deposit notices, shipment labels, and official documents are prepared with company letterhead and clear billing rules.
Customers can request help through contact flows and live support while admins keep conversations, updates, and shipment notes tied to the record.
Get started
Start with the path that matches your situation. You can track a shipment without registering, create a customer account for ongoing visibility, or ask operations to prepare a shipment that needs special handling.
Use the public tracking page when you already have a shipment number or carrier reference. No account is required for basic status visibility.
Track nowCreate a customer account when you want a dashboard for shipments, documents, invoices, support messages, and delivery history.

Apex presents shipments with professional visuals, service notes, tracking records, and signed documentation so customers know what is happening before, during, and after delivery.
Photos shown across the site represent the parcel, pet, warehouse, and freight workflows Apex supports. Shipment-specific proof, receipts, documents, and delivery confirmation are generated inside the customer record.

Dashboard or public tracking code
Apex collects sender, receiver, address, shipment type, package or pet details, preferred timing, and any handling instructions.
The operations team creates the shipment, assigns a tracking number, prepares required documents, and records carrier or route details.
Customers receive status updates for pickup, facility check-in, in transit, hold, delay, out for delivery, and delivery confirmation.
When delivery is completed, signed receipts and related paperwork confirm the handoff. Eligible refundable deposits are then processed according to the documented rule.
How it works
Apex is designed around high-confidence movement: structured intake, coordinated routing, and proactive visibility.
Book parcel, pet, or freight shipments through one structured intake.
Apex plans the best route, carrier mix, warehouse handoff, and alert rules.
Track milestones, documents, invoices, and exceptions in one command view.
Documents and billing
Documents are one of the strongest ways to build trust. Apex records what was created, why it was created, who it belongs to, and how it connects back to the shipment.
Shipment notices, invoices, receipts, labels, refundable deposit forms, health or care notes, and delivery confirmations can all be prepared from the admin dashboard. This gives customers a consistent paper trail instead of scattered messages.
View servicesIssued when a shipment, pet movement, or freight job is opened and assigned a tracking reference.
Professional billing document showing the recipient, line items, totals, payment status, and shipment reference.
Used for crates, veterinary clearance, climate monitoring, temporary holds, insurance, or special handling where the amount may be returned after delivery.
Documents movement milestones, locations, hold reasons, customer instructions, delivery confirmation, and signature requirements.
Refundable fees
Some logistics moves need deposits for crates, animal care, insurance, documentation, special handling, or temporary holds. Apex treats those charges as documented, reviewable, and refundable according to the invoice terms.
When a refundable fee applies, Apex issues an official invoice or service document before payment. After successful delivery, customer signature, and any required equipment or document inspection, eligible refundable balances are returned to the payer account or agreed payment method. Any deduction must be supported by a receipt, inspection note, or signed delivery record.
Some shipments may require refundable deposits for crates, temporary holding, compliance checks, insurance coverage, veterinary clearance, or special handling.
Any additional amount is issued as an invoice or official document before payment. The customer sees what it covers, what may be deducted, and the refund rule.
After successful delivery, signed receipt, and any required equipment inspection, eligible refundable balances are returned to the payer's account or agreed payment method.

Give customers a clean milestone view while operations teams see exceptions, ownership, and next actions.

Trust and safety
Trust is not only about design. It comes from clear records, controlled access, honest billing language, and support that can explain the next step.
The customer sees a clear explanation before payment is requested. Refundable fees must include a rule, purpose, and delivery or inspection condition.
Shipment updates are recorded into the timeline so the customer can see what happened, where it happened, and what to do next.
Apex keeps professional paperwork tied to the customer, shipment, invoice, pet record, freight job, or support conversation.
Admins manage sensitive operations from protected dashboards, while customers only see the pages and records meant for them.
